Static site privacy

rmarinsky.com.ua does not require an account and does not include a custom tracking layer. Hosting providers may process standard access logs for security, abuse prevention, and delivery.

• Product pages link to GitHub, npm, and distribution platforms that have their own policies.
• Mac apps, browser extensions, and MCP servers may process data differently; check the relevant repository and release notes.
• Do not publish API keys, payment credentials, hosting tokens, or customer data in issues, chats, or screenshots.

Diduny data, cloud processing and payments

Diduny uses the account email, user identifier, cloud usage records and payment records for sign-in and subscription support. Checkout sends the payer email, account identifier, order reference, amount and currency to WayForPay. Card details are entered on the WayForPay payment page. Local models process audio on the Mac; when you select cloud mode, audio and results pass through the backend to cloud processing services. Email sign-in is required for local and cloud modes. Local models remain free without an hourly limit. Cloud usage metering, payment records and necessary security records support service operation and plan limits.

Additional statistics are off by default on Free and Pro. You can separately enable or disable them in Account → Privacy → Share usage statistics. Declining does not restrict plan features. Payment or subscription renewal does not enable statistics.

Additional statistics contain the duration of completed processing, local/cloud mode, and feature category: dictation, meeting, file or translation. They are linked to your account identifier and are not anonymous. Statistical events contain no audio, text or file names. Categories identify the selected feature, not the content of your conversation. We use these records to understand feature usage, plan infrastructure costs and improve the product.

Events are sent to the Diduny backend only while online, without an offline history queue. They are retained for up to 30 days and deleted in the next cleanup at server startup or hourly while the server is running. Withdrawal immediately stops new sends from this device; updating the account preference requires internet access. The app tells you if synchronization fails. Contact roman@rmarinsky.com.ua to request deletion of data already sent.

Software usage

Products are provided according to the license and documentation in each repository or distribution channel. Open-source repositories remain governed by their repository license.

• Use operational tools with review and backups, especially for DNS, payments, and account changes.
• No product on this site is a promise of fully autonomous AI behavior.
• Availability, pricing, and supported platforms can change by release.

Diduny paid plan terms

Diduny offers Support for independent development and Pro, a cloud transcription subscription for the Diduny macOS app. Account shows the full charge and period before payment. Continuing to payment accepts the selected plan terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy; it does not consent to additional statistics. Choose a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or one-time annual access without automatic renewal.

• Support: ₴69 per month with automatic renewal. Funds development and includes community participation and feature discussions; the community invitation is being prepared. Cloud allowance remains two hours per calendar month. Cloud: ₴119 per month with automatic renewal; ten shared cloud hours per calendar month. A higher plan is a separate purchase without credit for the previous payment; the current renewal stops before the new checkout.
• Free: 2 free cloud hours per calendar month. Local models are free without an hourly limit.
• Monthly Pro: ₴150 for one month, renewing automatically every month.
• Annual Pro: ₴1500 paid once for twelve months, renewing automatically every year. Pay for ten months and save ₴300 compared with twelve monthly payments.
• One-time annual access: ₴1500 for twelve months; it does not renew automatically. Available methods appear in WayForPay. Interest-free bank installments offer up to 3 payments, subject to bank approval. Bank payments for this purchase do not renew Diduny Pro.

Payment and service delivery

Pay online by bank card through WayForPay in UAH; any other available methods are shown on the payment page. This is a digital service with no physical delivery. Once payment is confirmed, paid access is linked to the Diduny account for one or twelve months. If access is missing, refresh the subscription in Account or contact roman@rmarinsky.com.ua.

Refunds and payment cancellation

Refunds are available when paid access was not provided and where required by applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Cancelling automatic renewal is not itself a request to refund an existing payment.

• To stop future charges, choose Cancel automatic renewal in Account. Paid access remains available until the end of the paid period.
• For a refund, email roman@rmarinsky.com.ua with the account email, payment or order number, payment date and problem description. Do not send a full card number, CVV or password.
• Refund timing and conditions follow applicable law. Once approved, the refund is initiated through WayForPay to the original payment method; posting time depends on the bank and payment network.
